– Minimum 3 year’s experience in a fine dining setting (No exceptions)
– Steakhouse experience preferred
– Used to working in a fast-paced environment
– Strong safety and sanitation standards (Serve Safe preferred, but not necessary)
– Punctuality, timeliness
– Strong sense of urgency, pace & intensity
